Shipping and Refund Policy

1.We strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or used products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of products once sold or delivered.

2.At Erasavir, we use external shipping partners to help us make our product reach your doorstep.

3.Terms and Conditions

(a) Upon confirmation of the order and when an order is shipped, you will receive an auto generated mail with tracking information on your registered email on the website.

(b) It is to be noted that once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and therefore, users will be responsible for such order.

(c) Any complaints for replacement, breakage or damaged products will be acceptable only within 48 hours of delivery.

(e) Please provide complete shipping address, correct pincode and contact number in your order.

(f) We provide shipping for areas and zones as and when designated by us and/or shipping partner.

(g) The estimated time taken to deliver will be within  min 3 days and max 15 days working days from the day of your order. We try to complete our deliveries sooner but in some pin codes there is an additional day or two required. 

4.Return and Refund policy.

(a) It is to be noted that returns can only be accepted under following circumstances-

(i) Products delivered which do not match with your order.

(ii) Products delivered were damaged in transit/tampered. If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of the delivery the same may be returned for a refund.

(b) Please do note that only products which qualify the above circumstances are capable of being returned provided they mandatorily include the invoice and the packaging

(c) Further, any partially consumed products or partially opened products do not qualify for return, and only fully unopened products can be returned.

(d) If your order qualifies for return, then the following applies:

(i) In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, refund will be made through bank transfer only.

(ii) For orders placed via store credit/Gift Vouchers/Promotions your refund will be in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at a later point of time on

(iii) In the case of a valid refund, please email with order details, bank details, and images of the package. Refunds will be completed between 14-21 days from intimation.
